When you find a product you like, click on the image to view more details about the product. For many products you will be given a choice of colors or styles to allow you to customize these quality products for your wedding. Once you have selected the appropriate options, click the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. The item will be added to your cart, and you will be given the option to continue shopping or to view the contents of our cart.

When you are completely satisfied with your order click "Proceed to Checkout". This will take you to our secure server where you can enter your payment and shipping options. You Do Not need a Pay Pal Account to place your order. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

Samples: Due to shipping from multiple warehouse locations nationwide, We can only accommodate 2 samples per order, per customer. Personalize items require a minimum order. How can I be assured that my Heat sensitive items will arrive intact during warm weather months?

Heat sensitive items such as candles and edibles must be shipped Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air during warm weather months. Candle Orders (unity candles, favors): to avoid melting during shipment due to high temperatures, we encourage the purchase of candles to be done prior to June 1. From June 1 - September 1, we recommend all candles be shipped using our express method to guarantee candles arrive safely. If express shipment is not selected at checkout and the item(s) arrives melted, the item will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

You may Track directly from our Web site if you registered when you placed the order. Track from the UPS Web site with your UPS tracking number, or Federal Express which we will email you when your order has shipped.

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality wedding favors and accessories and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. You can return anything except the items in the category below:

ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE: 

* Partial Quantity Returns Due to quantity pricing, we cannot accept partial order returns.

* Customized orders, personalized orders, and engraved products. 

* Sample Orders (ex - single favor items)

* Edible and Confectionery merchandise

* Wearable’s  (i.e. - garters, jewelry)

* Customized Wearable’s Our Bridal and Bridal Party tees are made to order and are therefore non-returnable.

Special Return Policy Only on Silk Rose Petals 

Silk Rose petals may be returned under the following terms:

* The petals must be returned in the original packaging and must be in re-sellable condition.

* An RMA must be requested within 1 business days of delivery.

* Once an RMA is issued, you have 5 business days from the date of the RMA to return the petals

* Silk rose petals will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

* Original Postage to you and return postage will not be credited/refunded.

Standard Return Policy on All Other Wedding Items 

You may return new, unopened items within 5 days of your UPS delivery date for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs. Please return items in their original packaging. Please note we are unable to accept partial returns.

Please contact us via email at sales@myweddingfavorsetc.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning your package. We will email you a confirmation email with return instructions.

All Returns must have a RA number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box.

No returns will be credited without an issued RA number.

Please return your order to the warehouse address provided in your return confirmation email. Please do not return your order to our showroom address, unless indicated. Returns to an incorrect address will be charged additional shipping for us to return them back to the proper warehouse inventory.

For your protection, we suggest customers use a track able shipping company, such as, UPS or Fed Ex. The ability to track your package will only guarantee your return gets handled safely. In the instance where our warehouses cannot locate your return, we will use the tracking to verify the return and issue credit to your account.

Please insure your parcel back to the address we provide you in our return email, as we will not be able to offer you credit on any merchandise which was damaged in return transit.

Under no circumstances do we accept returns past 5 days calculated from the UPS delivery date.

Who Pays Shipping Costs on a Return?

Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping, except in the instance where an error was made by us.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

In the event an item is returned not in the original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

REFUNDS ON ORDERS WHICH RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING

If the returned item causes your order to fall below our free shipping threshold, you will be subject to the original shipping charges.

If you return an entire order which received free shipping, you will be responsible for the original shipping on the order.

NO REFUNDS ON:* Items returned which were damaged during transit back to us. Please insure your parcel back to us, as we will not be able to offer you credit on any merchandise which was damaged in return transit.

* Orders which are returned to the incorrect return address. We will email you the proper address to return your order to. Please follow the return instructions in our return email. Since we have multiple distribution centers, your order will need to be returned to address we provide to you.

Product Availability/Backorder?

If your order includes backordered products, your order will ship when the items become available. In the event that half or less of the items ordered are on backorder, we will ship the items that are currently in stock and the remaining items will ship separately. *If an item is out out stock, we usually note it on our website, and follow up with an email to you right away.

Discontinued Products

Although we make every effort to keep our catalog current, a product occasionally may be discontinued without prior notice. If an ordered item was discontinued, you will be contacted with the option to exchange the discontinued product for a similar product from our store or to receive a full refund.

Unclaimed and Refused Shipments: Unclaimed shipments that are returned to My Wedding Favors Etc will be assessed a 20% return fee, the cost of shipment will be forfeited, the customer will be contacted by email only and given the option of a refund minus the return fee or reshipping at cost of shipping plus the return fee. Unclaimed packages that are returned due to My Wedding Favors Etc error will be reshipped free of charge. Refused packages that are returned to My Wedding Favors Etc will be assessed a 50% restocking fee, shipping will be forfeited, and the item will be removed from the order. The customer will be contacted by email only.

Unauthorized Returns:Items returned with out prior authorization by the Returns department may be subject to a 25% return fee as well as a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees for unauthorized returns are forfeit. Customers may not be contacted regarding unauthorized returns. No refund will be given until the customer contacts the Returns department. Unauthorized returns on non-returnable items may be disposed of. My Wedding Favors Etc reserves the right to deny any return.

What if my order is undeliverable?

If UPS is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. The sender is responsible for any reshipping fees charged by UPS to redeliver the package.

Returning Items With Free Shipping Promotion
