HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you find a product you like, click on the image to view more details about the product. For many products you will be given a choice of colors or styles to allow you to customize these quality products for your wedding. Once you have selected the appropriate options, click the "Add To Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. The item will be added to your cart, and you will be given the option to continue shopping or to view the contents of our cart.

When you are completely satisfied with your order click "Proceed to Checkout". This will take you to our secure server where you can enter your payment and shipping options. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Items that are out of stock:

We will notify you via email when a product is out of stock and when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the product item is back in stock and cannot find an item on our site to replace it you will receive a full refund for the product item out of stock.

Personalized Items:

Personalized items orders take an estimate of 15 business days to be processed before shipping. E- Mail us if you should have any questions on amount of time for a specific product. Please allow sufficient time for your personalized items to be process and deliver. Personalized items are non-refundable

Shipping

We offer multiple shipping options so you may choose the best for your needs. Most orders ship within 7 Days. Personalized items may takes more. Broken Items:

Broken items will be replaced. If your order comes damaged or broken we can replace the broken pieces after they are sent back to us. You must notify us upon delivery.

Orders that cannot be cancelled once it has been processed or before shipping and are subject to a 15% processing charge. Customer is responsible for outbound and inbound shipping charges.

Merchandise can only be returned only within 5 days from receipt of goods with a valid return authorization.

We do not accept ALL ribbon or pens and we do not accept partial returns on regular orders. Pen Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE!

If you are not satisfied with your wedding favors order you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. You must notify party Favors Etc upon receipt of goods. Orders must be returned to us within 5 days of delivery to you. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus outbound and inbound shipping.

*NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. You must contact My Wedding Favors Etc and/or Party Favors Customer Representative upon arrival of your order to inform us of broken items, product dissatisfaction etc. You will be notified via email with return ID# and mailing instructions. Merchandise can be returned only within 5 days from receipt of goods with a valid return authorization. Customer is responsible for all outbound and inbound shipping charges.

Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Shipping, restocking and processing charges will not be refunded.

Ordering Information:

Heat Sensitive and Edible Items- Heat-sensitive and Edible items must be shipped 2nd Day or Next Day, please choose option at the time of check out to ensure edible product(s) arrives in good condition and for your order to be processed.

Heat-sensitive Items : Entire orders containing heat-sensitive items (cameras, candles, chocolates, etc.) must be ship 2 Day or Next Day to ensure safe arrival, make sure you choose this option, once the temperature averages over 75 degrees in Redding or the area to which the item is shipped. To avoid being charged for items that can be shipped Ground, please request that the order be split or submit the order in two parts.

Also, please be sure to provide us with a shipping address where someone will be able to sign for the package during business hours, we cannot be responsible for the condition of edible favors and Heat-sensitive items due to an inaccurate shipping address or carrier not able to deliver package.

Refused Shipments

Any refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to the inbound and outbound shipping expenses. Candy, candles, and personalized items cannot be resold and will result in a charge of 100% of the purchase price.

Returns

All returns must take place within 5 days of arrival. Food, books, candles, CDs, under garments, and personalized items cannot be returned for any reason. Questions on whether an item can be returned should be addressed through one of our Customer Service Representative. Returned items will be charged a 15 % restocking fee, plus outbound and inbound shipping. Items received without a return authorization will not be accepted and return at Customer's expense. Merchandise can be returned only within 5 days from receipt of goods with a valid return authorization. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of product.

NOTE : Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product.

Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme.

Products seen on the website do not always represent an identical color match.

Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor. We will only accept returns within 5 days of the time you receive your order.
