Orders Containing Chocolate 
All orders containing chocolate must be be shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs for an additional fee of $8.. My Wedding Favors Etc will not be held responsible for any melted chocolate unless 2 Day shipping with insulated packaging is used.  In addtion, any package that will not arrive in 2 days via UPS Ground ( UPS Map Link ) will automatically be upgraded to UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping costs may greatly exceed the posted rates. In these rare cases you will be contacted with the exact shipping rates before we process the order.

Since chocolate held in shipping depots over the weekend can melt, chocolate orders will only ship Monday through Wednesday from May - October. During these months, we suggest delivery be made to a business address where UPS deliveries occur early in the day. If delivery must be made to a home address, it is best someone is home to receive the package and move it out of the direct sunlight. 

My Wedding Favors Etc cannot be liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping, or natural disasters. Please choose the appropriate UPS shipping method during check out and, if possible, allow extra time to help avoid these issue.
